About

Hi There!
Onen Hag Oll (UK) Ltd is a not for profit company trading with the main purpose of organising events, especially for crafters, bakers and others who utilise their skills and enjoy creating home- made objects to sell, with an emphasis preference that the proceeds from sales are donated to that individuals charitable causes.
We also craft, bake and retail novelty items and try to cater for the more fun and unusual gifts not usually found on the High Street or markets. Our aim is to be different and provide outlets for the many skilled people supporting charitable causes or just enjoying the occupation of creating unusual items that bring a smile.
As well as arranging events, we support by attending other church, craft and charity fairs in the Bristol area. We fund all materials ourselves which means 100% profit goes to our causes. We see it as a money generation scheme where our initial contribution grows into a larger sum for the greater good.
Although our aim is to provide a retail outlet facility, if we make a small profit at our year end, we give this away to charities whose aims are to support humanitarian causes. We always like to include some smaller charities that tend to get overlooked in the shadow of national appeals. In previous years we have donated to the Salvation Army, Jessie May Trust, BRACE, The Julian Trust, Tujatane School, Cardiomyopathy UK, the Rickshaw Challenge and a local radio appeal for entertainment for the elderly in nursing homes.
Onen hag oll is derived from Cornish Celtic and is the motto of the county. It means ‘One and All’ and relates to the times of the Crusades when the Saracens captured the Duke of Cornwall. His ransom was a massive 15 bezants, which sum was raised by the entire population of Cornwall contributing. We feel the motto is particularly relevant to our charity work as we try and design ideas for the enjoyment and good of One and All and distribute proceeds to many good causes – One and All.
